Everything we make at Sweet717 is handmade in small batches, and because our products are food, we don't accept returns or offer official refunds.

That said, we want you to love your order. If something isn't right (your order arrives damaged, melted, or incorrect, or something is missing), please contact us or email sweet717hbg@gmail.com and we'll do our best to make it right.

To help us sort it out quickly, please include:

• Your order number
• A short description of the issue
• A photo of the item and packaging, if something arrived damaged
